The house and location were perfect! We had a great week!

This is such a great house and a beach walker's dream.

Summer Breeze is a comfortable 3 BR, 3 BA cottage to enjoy the beach and privacy of your space.

Best views and feels like your own slice of paradise with amazing location.

This was our second time staying here and the upgrades made from last year were greatly appreciated! The house is roomy enough to accommodate our brood of 11. The kitchen is huge and well equipped with h all the comforts of home( crock pot, 2 different types of coffee makers, griddle, etc). Being able to step out the patio door to the beach is a big plus! Needless to say we love this house and everything about it and look forward to visiting again next year!

We had a wonderful visit, beach house is right on the sand and convenient to all local shopping and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

We found the home to be very accommodating, well maintained, close to all attractions, and overall very welcoming. The staff provided excellent customer service answering all our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone as a rental destination.
See ya at the Beach is a great beach rental!

The house is in need of a deep cleaning (especially fans). The furniture is in need of cleaning or replacing. The house has an absurd 90s console TV with small screen. Ridiculous for 2022 and for watching anything on TV while on vacation. Amanda was helpful and Lea (sp?) was incredibly nice and attentive to our needs. Terea did not answer my phone call messages. We cannot return to this house in its present condition. Nice kitchen and once again, thanks to Lea, it was well stocked.

Enjoyed close proximity to the beach. The beach house brought us memories of what a beach house used to be in the 50's and 60's - low technology (ancient TV, only one), all one story with easy access to the beach, no pool - just playing in the surf of beach vacation. Cozy sharing time together.

It was an incredible location to attractions around. The access to the beach is priceless and perfect. The house needed a few updates and there is only a tv in the living room but overall very satisfied. It was nice to spend quality time with the family. Look forward to staying again.

Best vacation home I’ve ever rented! The home was spotless and is bigger than what the pictures seem. There is plenty of bedding and space. There is an outdoor shower; however, it’s not enclosed. There is a charcoal grill so remember to get charcoal and lighter fluid. The patio is the best part. You can see the ocean and steps away from beach. There is only 1 tv in the living room and is very old. The bathrooms are small- my men had to bend to use shower head. The bedroom with 2 doubles and 3 singles- the 3 singles aren’t really 3 unless you put small children there and was very uncomfortable. The 2 doubles and 2 kings were comfortable. The traffic is absolutely horrible! The wait on going out to eat was long as well unless you went around 2:30 or so. The wait for go karts and putt putt was like over an hour wait as well. Other than that I definitely would rebook this home’

I went with my two sons and their college age friends. We had 9 in total and had an AMAZING time. Honestly the only two things that bothered us was the fact that their was only 1 tv and it was from circa 1995, box tv, when you’d normally expect a tv in each bedroom at least. The homeowners should honestly invest in that. Also, the bedroom that advertised two full beds and three twin beds is a complete and utter lie. It has two full beds and then a Bay Area with a padded three way nook, that can, in no way accommodate three people. Maybe two, at best, unless you’re 10 years old or younger. Either way, we made due and had a blast. Oh and we had internet issues all week that the caretakers never really helped with and even lied about. Either way, we still enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked it for next summer. Side note: the owners son lives in an apartment attached to the home and is the coolest “older Florida beach bum” ever. We’re looking forward to seeing him again too. He’s definitely an added bonus to staying there.

After a 14 hour trip from NW Arkansas our large group...14 in total (8 adults & 6 kids {8,6,5,4,3,1}) had a blast and we didn't want to leave!
~This was all of the kids' first trip to the beach and it couldn't have been a better location for them to have experienced it! Being steps from the sand and water was wonderful, everyone could run back and forth as needed. And everyone we encountered in PCB was wonderful!
~The outdoor shower/hose was a lifesaver with keeping as much sand as possible outside and not ALL in the house!
~The back patio was a great space for everyone to gather in the evenings. We enjoyed watching a few evening storms pass by (lighting shows were AMAZING!), lots of laughs, good music and letting the kids run and play....only 2 band-aids were needed for scuffed knees! lol
~Crab hunting is a must, so come prepared!
~Make sure you check the utensils in the kitchen before making a grocery run...there were no spatulas and very few forks during our visit!
~Bathrooms/Showers are very tiny.
~If you'll be in need of the pull out sofa for sleeping space...skip that idea and just get an air mattress, it's very uncomfortable!
~Fridge wasn't very cold, nothing spoiled, drinks just aren't ideal temp...get a cooler/ice for ice cold beverages!
~Could definitely use a very deep clean for the cleaning fee that is taken...floors need steam cleaned!

The floors were nasty, we never could get the wifi to work, and there was only 1 TV, we assumed there would be one in the bedrooms but the only one was in the living room. For 10 people that wasn't any where near enough. We felt like we definitely overpayed for what we got.

I loved everything bout the house location everything was perfect

Location is wonderful, patio and entrance to the beach great. Interior of house is very dated!!! The TV is probably 30 years old. Could not get the TV or Internet to work for a couple of days. Air conditioner, washer and dryer worked. Location is wonderful!
