Ocean Reef #602

I had special needs/wants and See Ya At The Beach knew just the place for us. Before we got there, L. sent us pictures of our place and answered all my questions. The condo unit was clean, the kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home, the rooms were welcoming, the mattress was excellent, and the balcony was huge and comfortable! The pools and beach were easy to get to and the condo was in a good location to get to restaurants. I can’t wait to go back !!!!

This was our first time staying at the Ocean Reef. Had a wonderful experience! The room was great. Plenty of room on the beach. Not too crowded at all. Will definitely be back!

What a great place! We had the best time. We have been coming down to PCB and staying at Ocean Reef for years. The condo we normally stay at is up for sale and we had to find another one. So glad we did. This unit was SO clean and decorated so nicely. We absolutely loved it and will definately be back!

The Location was wonderful. The ease of access to the parking garage, being just the floor above our parking spot, was excellent. Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect! It is convenient for Pier Park, entertainment, and any restaurant. The condo was very spacious and clean. It also had everything we needed/wanted. The balcony was the perfect size to be able to enjoy the beautiful beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it for future vacations.

I can’t speak highly enough of this place. It is decorated beautifully. The balcony is giant! We had dinner out there one night and breakfast daily. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Check in and out was incredibly easy and Lisa was easy to contact when I struggled with a door code. The Runaway Island restaurant right next door was incredible. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. Beach and pool are very easily accessible. My favorite thing about this condo was that there were beach toys, chairs, and even a wagon to make hauling to the beach a breeze. If I thought about needing something, it was there. We’d love to stay again!

My family and I take a Florida trip once a year. This year my daughter graduated HS so she chose to go to PCB. This condo was my favorite condo I have ever stayed in. To say it was clean is an understatement. It was extremely clean. Everything worked as it should. The balcony was huge! One morning I tried cooking eggs and the skillet was horrible. The eggs stuck to the skillet. I messaged the manager and she had house keeping bring me a new one. She brought an ENTIRE set plus knives, bowls, etc! The only complaint I have on my trip was the rental chairs. They didn’t have arms and they were set up too close to each other. I’d recommend bringing or buying my own.

Very nice home. Condo was very clean and spacious. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Could easily get ahold of the property manager when needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Would most definitely recommend this condo for a family stay! My family of 5 LOVED it! The huge balcony was a big reason I booked this condo and it did not disappoint! It is also in a great location! Amore donuts is right across the street, we went and got coffee every morning! I will definitely be looking for this property for next years trip!

We have stayed other places also in Panama City Beach. This is best unit we stayed at.

The balcony was wonderful. Plenty of space and seating. Loved all the decor in the condo. Great location. The only negative things are they do not have carts, I guess some units supply one but ours did not and the building has a 5 story parking garage underneath the units and it is tight corners and tight parking

This was one of the best vacations we’ve had! The condo was beautiful and the weather was just perfect every day! Tereea at See Ya At The Beach was incredible! We will definitely be using this rental company again!

The condo and the decor was beautiful but it was not cleaned. There was dog poop on the patio and the floors were not mopped or vacuumed. The bathtub drains did drain properly. I think they need to speak to the cleaning crew or hire a new cleaning crew. But the location of the condo was great. And yes I would stay at this condo again we enjoyed our stay very much .
