Gulf front 2 bedroom 3 bath two story Townhouse on white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Walk off the back deck onto the sand!
Bedrooms are upstairs. Master bedroom has a King and a private full bath. You have a private balcony over looking the ocean!
The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private full bath.
Downstairs you have a fully stocked kitchen. The living room has a large tv for watching the games and a queen sleeper sofa! There is also a full bath downstairs!
The back deck is an large open space and you step down to the sand! Parking enough for two vehicles.
The unit is located right off Thomas drive. You are close to St Andrews State Park and only 5 miles to Pier Park. Amazing Sunsets! Quiet, relaxing and waiting for you!

We had a wonderful time! The townhome was exactly as described and very clean. It was so nice to be able to walk directly out to the beach. The only issue we had was the dryer did not dry clothes (especially towels) very well, and the hose on the back deck was broken so it was a little difficult to spray the sand off. Minor inconveniences compared to how wonderful everything else was. I would highly recommend this for your stay.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was well equipped, beds were comfortable and everything was clean! The view was to die for and you are literally steps from the ocean!! We will be back for sure.

Thank you for booking with us and thank you for your kind comments. This townhouse is very popular with our guest. Our housekeeping folks do a great job. You can't get any closer to the beach than this place. There are not many places where the backyard is the Gulf of Mexico.

The best thing here was the location. The townhouse was in pretty good condition, but easily could’ve been so much better. It’s suits right on the beach, right beside a public access. So, it can get a bit congested but not too bad. The overall appearance of the townhouse was good. For us, the master shower didn’t work. The management company fixed it later on day 2. The Wi-Fi had been changed by the owner or owners grandson and not relayed to the management comp. So they had to come out and completely reset the Wi-Fi on day 1. There were a couple of bugs in the pots and pans, some dirty dishes and things like that in the kitchen. The sofa in the living room was visibly dirty and stained, so we didn’t use it. We were there for the beach anyway. The owner has some exterior cameras, 1 at the front door and 2 at the back, which eliminates any privacy you might have had on the deck or balcony. They did allow us to unplug them though. The mattress were pretty rough and the bed spread was also unwashed. We bought one from Walmart and left theirs in the closet. The exhaust fan in the master didn’t work, no big deal though. One roll of toilet paper per toilet. All in all, it’s an ok to nice townhome that would benefit greatly from thorough/thoughtful management/owner. Our overall experience here was 75 out of 100.

Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. Our perspective is entirely different from what was expressed in the review. This is a beautiful townhouse that sits right on the beach. You can not find a place in PCB that is closer to the beach than this townhouse. The owners are very concerned that the property looks very nice and is well maintained. It is on the east end of PCB so it is close to the marinas and the state park. There are many really nice restaurants near by. The best part about being on the east end of PCB is you do not have to fight the traffic around Pier Park on a daily basis.
Our staff answered every contact in a timely manner. They spent a lot of time on day 1 to get the WIFI working properly. Nothing was said to them about the cleaning issues, they would have certainly been addressed on the spot. Our cleaning folks do a wonderful job. Almost all of our cleaning reviews are 5 star. Obviously, we are not perfect but we always address the issue promptly. Of course , all of the linen is fresh with each guest and we also laundry the bedding covers on a regular basis. We are happy to swap out any items that need attention.
All of the cameras are OUTSIDE and are there mainly for the off season when the property is not used everyday. The back cameras facing the Gulf are turned off when the guest are there.
Obviously, things break or malfunction from time to time. Our maintenance crew addresses things as soon as we can once we are notified. It did take us several hours the first day to get there to check on the shower because of the work load that day and it was determined some new parts were needed which were bought and was done on day 2.
Our staff does an excellent job of taking care of the guest. We are well aware that without guest , we have no business. We do not have to be threatened with a bad review to get us to respond.

We enjoyed our time at the beach. The house could have been a little bit cleaner for our standards so that was disappointing. The house being steps away from the beach is nice. The whole area was extremely crowded but I think it’s like that everywhere.
