SOUTHERN COMFORT

This is the best place we have stayed at in PCB. The condo is really really clean and tidy. Great amenities. Kitchen is fun to cook in. Bed is super comfy. View and sound from the balcony is so peaceful. Looks like it was recently updated. Decorated very tastefully. Furniture is nice and comfy. We had no problems during our stay. We are definitely coming back here!!

Wow - the pictures do not do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this Condo is! Everything was spotless when we arrived. We slept great - view is wonderful. Excellent property. I wish we had discovered this earlier. Already booked our next stay here. Hidden gem.

Everything was wonderful and clean, the air was slightly musty smelling in the room. But the dehumidifier helped.

We honestly have zero complaints about the property, the condo or the location. It was a perfect vacation for the adults and kids, 4 and 6.

Condo was nice and clean. It is close to many restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved this unit and Emerald Beach! Everything was perfect! Clean, fully stocked kitchen, decor is cute. New patio furniture was a nice surprise! Amazing views and beautiful sunsets. We can't wait to come back here! Thank you so much!

This rental was exactly as advertised. It was very clean. The elevators were always ready with no waiting. We accidentally lucked into the Air Show and Bikes Weekend and we watched from our balcony (when we weren’t on the beach) that is directly facing the ocean. We loved this condo and would love to come back!!!

Lisa was wonderful to work with when making our reservation! The room was extremely clean & the location was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was my first time renting with See Ya at the Beach but won't be the last!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice. Beautiful view. The kiddie pool worked out great for our grandkids.

Beautiful one bedroom condo after you figure out the parking and the elevators.

1- Bar of soap in the Bathroom, 1/2 Roll of toilet paper. No Dish washing liquid. Master Bed room TV had no remote Control. 1- Small roll of Paper Towels.
For the price very poorly stocked.

The place was exactly as described in the ad! There was a few things we weren’t happy with. When we got in bed on our first night there were small hair bows in the sheets, and sand at the foot of the bed. The floor had felt like it hadn’t been mopped in a while, you walk across from one side to the other and your feet were black! The floors didn’t bother me as much as the sheets looking like they weren’t changed from the last people who stayed.

The location was awesome. You're right in the middle of all the action, close to Pier Park and Walmart and a lot of good food.
The room was nicely updated and had plenty of space. It's high enough to be away from the noise of the strip at night, but still a good height to see and hear the waves from the balcony.
The resort is a bit confusing at first because of the layout of elevators, but it is very nice and clean. The pools are in great locations and are kept very nice. There is plenty of beach frontage for the whole resort, not too crowded like some other places.
We'll definitely be going back to this room!

Nice condo. We had 5 of us in our party and tried to cook in most nights. I would like to have had more cookware. More pots and pans and cups and glasses. It seemed more stocked for 2 or 3 people. I have stayed in many condos in Panama City beach, this one was very well maintained. Like I said would just like to see more kitchen items, blankets and other items that you come to expect.

The condo was lovely.
Cable didnt work, however Netflix was provided. The tv would not recognize streaming services, normally not that big of a deal, but with covid and small kids... it was annoying.
Smoke alarm started beeping in the middle of the night. Battery in kitchen clock was dead, but who keeps track of time on vacation.
One of the elevators was down everyday and another broke down on Friday leaving two. Long lines.

Mine & my daughters stay was great. I wish we would have had beach chairs with the rental. There was a leak with the condo above us which caused tiles to fall from the ceiling. They were right on it & it was fixed immediately while we were at the beach. The only problem I had was the elevators the day we left. We waited an hour & half for an elevator. But overall great stay.

Wonderful experience. Booking and communication was quick and efficient. Very clean and well maintained inside and out. Location was great! You could walk or drive to several restaurants close by. In walking distance to a homemade icecream shop that's the best! I do wish there were specific designated smoking areas as people were smoking at the pool area. Overall we would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was spotless and comfortable. The view was amazing. The entire Emerald Beach Resort was perfection. We made good use of the Tiki hut bar by the pool. The beach was clean, the sand was soft and the water was crystal clear. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day. The staff with See Ya at the Beach were amazing. They were friendly and helpful from the reservation and booking process to the end. We are definitely staying in this condo again and we would feel confident renting any property from See Ya at the Beach. Vacation success!

We found the unit to be perfect. Well kept and well appointed, with direct access to the beach. The location was near restaurants and activities, but not the super-busy part of the beach. We really enjoyed our week-long stay.
