Surf Side

The Surfside home is in a prime beach location steps from the beach, has plenty of parking and an open floor plan. However, the shape of the appliances, floors, deck and spa were not in good repair. The outdoor shower that is advertised was non functional. The refrigerator leaked water from the freezer, did not have a functioning ice maker, and the drawers were broken. My son in law cut himself on the broken drawer. Basic supplies such as a kitchen towel, sponge, kitchen dish soap, coffee filters were not there. The spa outside and deck were filthy and not maintained. The microwave arched when we tried to pop popcorn. The general condition of this home was clean but in disrepair. We were all disappointed by the accommodations.

Close to the beach. We had plenty of room and had a great time. Had a problem with the refrigerator but a service tech arrived quickly.

I met the owners before we check in, they were great and very helpful. Also, communicated with Terea via email, she was very helpful and a delight to work with. GREAT customer service!!! The location was excellent!!! Everyone that was with us love it! Thanks a million for letting us stay there!!!

We rented this house for our college spring break. The location was great for the price! The house is one street over from the beach and the beach access is right beside it! It's a 5 minute walk from Club La Vela and the slingshot and 10 minute walk to the resorts. The beach was not as packed as it would have been by the resorts which was nice. There's a gas station with a 2 minute walk away from it as well. The rooms were big and accomadated more than we had! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cups and plates. The washer and dryer came in handy and the showers never seemed to run out of hot water. There was a lot of space for cars to park as well. The hot tub was very big, enough to fit almost 20 people at one point. I will say however that the filter must've been broken because it got dirty after the 3rd day and the water wouldn't clear up. Other than that, our stay was more than great and I would definitely rent this house again!

This home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The service was great, and we had one incident that was handled within minutes. Great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

We were planning a trip a year in the making to Ft Lauderdale and just days before time to leave the hurricane struck. I was left scrambling to find a new destination. I found this rental and Monica was SAVED THE DAY. She was very friendly and helped save our weekend. We had a wonderful time and would very much recommend See Ya At The Beach Vacation Rentals. The location of the house was EXCELLENT. You walk across the street and you are on the beach. Its located within 5 miles of EVERY store you can think of. The house itself is nice. The only downside was the maintenance service. The main bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived on Thursday. Call for service. Service was not rendered till Saturday evening. We left on Sunday. BESIDE this issue, I WOULD/WILL RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN!!!! Thank you SEE YA AT THE BEACH VACATION RENTAL.

Great location. Very short walk to the Beach. Everything you need within a short drive. Loved being only one story and a not so busy street since we had small dogs and a newly walking baby.

A positive experience. I needed a destination close to the beach for 7 adults and 6 children that were traveling from Kansas, Iowa, and Illinois. Rental company easy to work with and very helpful to me. Great location and swim spa/pool and deck was added feature for family time.

The staff was over the top friendly and helpful as we are not from the area and were coming in for a bachelorette party. The rental was beautiful, clean and HUGE! More than enough space and right on the beach. Our section of the beach was quiet, and absolutely gorgeous. The hot tub was great after a long day of swimming. WILL RENT AGAIN!

We had a awesome time. Great location and nice house. the only thing I would have like better would be for there to be 2 queen beds in all bedrooms instead of a king in one.

The rental agency was very accommodating and professional with my booking and check in process. When we arrived the rental was in great shape and everything was very nice, the renovations were amazing. The AC did break during our visit but was fixed within a few hours of calling management about it. The swim spa did get dirty due to the water level dropping below the filter level since it isnt covered from the sun during the day, so I recommend making sure the water level is maintained which is easy with the hose on the deck, otherwise it was clean and very nice. My main complaint comes with the security deposit after checkout taking so long to be refunded. 7-10 business days is the stated time period for the refund to process however as of now it has been 14 and it is still not refunded. Such a large amount of money ($1500 for my group of 15 people) should be refunded promptly. 18 days after checkout and I continue to be told the final report for housekeeping isn't available and I have been unable to contact the rental agency for multiple days despite daily phone calls (multiple per day, some ignored after two/three rings) and messages that were never acknowledged. Overall my stay was amazing but my experience afterward regarding such a large amount of money puts me on edge about returning to this rental agency in the future.

We had a group of 15 stay at this house for 4 days and loved it! The location is perfect -- just across the street from the beach and only 5 minutes from grocery stores and other shops. This area of the beach is pretty quiet and having a hot tub in the backyard was a great alternative for the evening!

My experience overall was great! Myself and some friends went up on spring break and had an awesome time. The house is very nice and the owner is great as well. They are very cooperative and they let you have plenty of time to yourself. It was an incredible week and I would highly recommend this house to a friend or anyone who is currently looking to visit Panama City Beach.

This property has a great open area to enjoy family when at the beach. We rented it and the owner's other property across the street and all who stayed had only excellent things to say. The properties are well located to the beach and to other activities. It was an added bonus to have the hot tub. The owners were so gracious as I had several questions before arriving. The keyless locks made it easy for all to come and go. I would surely recommend these properties to famillies, large and small.
